The wolf, long since honored by Indigenous People of North America, is a symbol of wisdom and freedom. Often appearing as a spirit guide for youth, the wolf lives instinctually and fluidly in the night, and had a strong connection to emotional and spiritual knowledge (moon worship). The wolf sits atop many altars, and serves as a reminder to trust our intuition and freedom. This batch was charged in the Full Beaver Moon on November 12 (seen in last photo). These hand-carved wolf totems are seriously the least cartoony versions I've come across. I work directly with the artist and he uses what he has on hand to custom make them. This round was obviously obsidian and rose quartz. Each measures approximately 3" in H.
